Elements of OUT-WERK BOOTCAMP

  • THE SHOW

    Showing up for yourself! And we all know showing up is half the battle. This is the time to get that stretch in, because The Warm-up is no joke!

  • THE WARM-UP

    This is an ACTIVE warmup! Getting you prepped for some WERK. Expect to sweat!

  • THE "LUNCH LINE"

    Grab the gloves and line up! Coach Jovan runs thru a boxing routine of different combinations and then you partner up and get to WERK!

  • THE CIRCUIT

    A HIIT style, interval timed strength training with a variety of stations...from medicine balls to sandbags and jump ropes to battle ropes!

  • THE FINISHER

    The class ends with a quick (but intense) cardio BLAST to leave you feeling good & burning calories well after class! Buckle up...it's time for some COMBAT CARDIO!

  • THE FINISH LINE

    You did it! Hydrate & celebrate because you got your WERK in and started your Saturday off right!
